Vasia is a graduate of the "Niki Kontaxaki" Higher Professional Dance School and a graduate of STUDIO ONE School of fitness & Aerobics in Pilates Mat & Apparatus.

She also trained as a Prenatal Pilates Instructor at Human Mama (Thessaloniki).

He is also a graduate of the Department of Preschool Education, TEI of Athens.
