We go to “The Happy Studio” almost as a family, since the baby participates in baby & mama yoga and the little one in Family Yoga on Saturday! We are very happy and I recommend both programs for corresponding ages! We have a great time and can't wait for the next meeting! Christina is very calm and seems to know her subject well! It is also easy to find parking in the area!

I started going when I was 3 months pregnant because I had musculoskeletal pain. I'm currently in my seventh month, I don't have any pain anywhere, the exercise and the conversation have helped me. I highly recommend it for the duration of pregnancy and beyond.
